As you can see if your lab is limited to a max of 1,500 ng/dl you should probably run 300mg week, which seems really low. Otherewise you will not know how strong the test is. For example if you are running 750mg a week and you get a result of <1500 ng/dl how will you know if it was 1600 or 2500? Thats where some doubt can come in. Also I have read that running an AI while testing can affect the total. I am not sure why but on other boards where they publicize lab testing the rules are to run the test without an AI.
250mg of test a week- T level should be 1100-1600ng/dl
500mg of test a week- T level should be 1800-2500ng/dl
750mg of test a week- levels should be well into the 3000's
According to an official clinical application :
25mg of test a week- T level was 253ng/dl
50mg of test a week- T level was 306ng/dl
125mg of test a week- T level was 542ng/dl
300mg of test a week- T level was 1,345ng/dl
600mg of test a week- lT level was 2,370 ng/dl
