I eat a well balance diet, and it keep me in tip-top condition and excelent health. But it is kind of, "weird"?
Ok, I eat three or four foods, the rest is supplement. This is popcorn, oatmeal, vegetables and fruit. I supplement with myoplex meal replacement plus EFA capsules of borage, fish and flax, and primrose oils. I eat minimum but to stay anabolic and keep gains and have energy to train, so my body never get tired of digesting big food, yet all nutrition is there. Plus I take vitamins, minerals green tea, the garlic, and I feel this diet make me clean and pure, and also allow me to train a lot and keep stronger and energy good. But some say it is "radical" or "too different". I say no, because every couple weeks or months, whenever I "feel" it, I go out for a big beef steak or seafood or anyway.

Far from balanced that's for sure.

If it works for ya though, and you are happy, that's all that matters.

It works for me because it is balance. My experience, versus your six word opinion "Far from balanced that's for sure", hmmm, yeah I think I believe my experience.

I am sorry, I do not know the history of his life. I reply to him about what he say to me, isnt that how this works?

"Brutha",

If you believe your diet is balanced, more power to you! I gave my input, didn't flame you but you feel like you need to start a negative tone w/me, why I've no idea.

However, your reference to a "six word opinion", whatever the hell that is, is not only a non-sequitor, but is entirely assinine. No more is needed to be said, the fucker ain't balanced! Eating 3 or 4 foods and the rest supplements (MRP's) is anything BUT balanced.

Yeah, believe your experience........what works for you works for everyone, right? You go boy!

Perhaps you should know WHO you are responding to before you choose how to respond. I'm no "king" or royalty, but I assure you that I am well schooled in nutrition, fitness, and all that I do with my business.

Good day!

nope, thats not how it works. SC is a valued member around here who knows a thing or two about dieting and training. do some research on him (http://www.swolecat.com/) and check out some of his threads- you'll see. Like SC said, if your diet works for you, then more power to you, bro. But, it does not seem very "balanced". Perhaps you could explain it a little more to make us understand better, especially the reasoning or science behind it.

Im very curious as to your meal plan......toss out an average day on your diet so we can review.........thx
