is my bulking diet good?

i am 16 weight 145 lbs but want to gain some weight since havent in a while. i am pretty strong for my weight and have good definition. my size looks good most ppl think i weight like 160 but i dont so i want to gain weight and get up to about 160 this is my bulking diet right now is it enough?

meal 1 (10:00 A.M.): 1 1/2 cups of grape nuts, 1 cup milk

*workout- 10:30- 12:00*
meal 2 (12:30 P.M.): protein shake (25 grams of protein 130 cal. 4 carbs 1g fat), 1 cup milk, 1 yogurt, 5g. creatine

meal 3 (2:00 P.M.): 1 chicken breast, 1 cup oatmeal

meal 4 (5:00 P.M.): 1 steak (about 20 oz.), 1 cup brown rice

meal 5 (8:00 P.M.) 1 met-rx protein bar (350 cal. 27g. protein, 50carbs, like 4g fat), 1 apple

meal 6 (12:00 P.M.) 1 protein shake, same nutrition as in meal 2

*10 g. glutamine daily in between meals
*1 gallon of water throughout the day

it comes out to about 3000 calories, 200g. of protein, 365g. of carbs or so. is this good, if not ne food reccomendations i should add, i was thinking about cottage cheese, i dont know
 
Make the yogurt non fat. Met-RX bars in my opinion are no good. Go with a protein shake or chicken. I would stick to natural protein, i.e chicken, flank steak, etc. The number of protein and carbs seem fine. At 16 and 145, 200 grams of protein is fine. Eat a lot of vegtables, chicken, flank steak, potatoes (small red ones with skin are the best), egg whites, etc. I would recommend you eat all unrefined food, but you are probably still in school and a protein shake would be more convenient. Make sure you take a multi-vit (Metagenics is by far the best), flax or fish oil (you want at least 1500mg of Omega 6 and 2000mg of Omega 3), 800 i.u of vit E and 1 gram of Ester C per day. That will keep you body in check. Good luck
 
i agree get rid of the met rx bar
you don't need the glycerine
supplement your diet with tuna (34g of protein per can)
i'd recommend bumping your protein to 300g
carbs and fat are fine since your still growing
 
I'll echo some info:

You are consuming:
3000 calories, 200g. of protein, 365g
This comes out to:
26 % protein
49% carbs
25% fat

You need to basically switch the carbs and protein...
50 % protein/ 30% carbs/ 20% fat

yes, you do, but NOT A LOT. You need enough, where you gain muscle but don't spill over into fat-cell growth.

Muscle is made of protein, now let's put reason to the facts and see that high-protien ingestion with sufficient insulin transport will increase muscle mass.
