right now im 217lbs and in march i was 235, do to football and a other factors ive lost 15-20lbs over the last 2 months.

my question is, do to muscle memory would it be possible to gain that weight back in a month using high-calories, whey protein, and creatine without becoming a fat ass.

i want to try but i dont know how long it will take me.

That depends

That depends on whether you lost muscle mass or fat. If it was muscle than you should be able to gain some of it back. Especially if you are eating huge, taking creatine, etc.

no it is not... Your body will be able to put on only about 2-2.5lbs of "old" muscle on in a week at the most all the rest will be water and fat. it would relatively take about 3 months

I didn't mean that you will only gain fat. I thought that was obvious, but apparently not. If you were to gain 20lbs in four weeks, more than half of it would be water and fat.

Guys who are juicing don't even put that kind of lean size on in a 3-month cycle. Yes, it is theoretically possible without juice, but not likely.

So let me get this straight. You're suggesting that it's possible to gain 20lbs of lean muscle in two months without "help?"
