I agree with Stackinplates. Unless incline barbell is giving you shoulder problems, I would mix it up between the two. Include DBs are great for range of motion and stabilizing, but I like how much weight I can push with the barbell.
Mix things up all the time. Attack the muscles at different angles. Use db's, barbells and machines. Try different inclines etc. I really like smith machine inclines.
Drop sets are when u stArt at a weight And when u can't get anymore reps u lower the weight
Some ppl do max out reps others do say 10 reps then drop weight do another 10
I prefer to start at 4-5 reps drop weight where I get 6-8 drop it again when I get 10-12 then so on till I am hitting 15 reps at the last weight that is the lightest
A prymid set is when u drop the weight like a drop set and build back up to the heavy weight
