I'm using the Nutrex with waxy maize creatine....pretty good stuff...and no bloat
I used to use the effervecent which was ok but not as good as the nutrex brand

Creatine monohydrate was one of the first supplements I ever took that actually did something. I take Cell-tech in the winter and will gain 10-15lbs from it in about two months. Most of the time my reps will go up by 3-4 across the board. Its great when stacked with glutimine, and a good protein.

Creatine monohydrate seemed to work better for me than CEE, for some reason. It's a good supplement in general (depends on the brand), but since much of it is water retention, some of the size goes away when you stop the product. I would imagine creatine would work well with certain AAS or PH products, though I've never stacked it that way before.

I love creatine mono

I can't remember exactly what chemical in many creatine products was causing depression (I think 1,3-diethylamine), but I myself actually had a bout of mild depression from using creatine while seeing mediocre results at best (maybe due to lack of ambition to work out in the first place due to the depression). I know some creatines don't have this chemical in them.

Does anyone know for sure what the chemical is? And of brands that don't contain it?
