I am finishing up my clen cycle to do a 2 week off period then back on clen. I want to do a ckd diet, but starting tomorrow.

Here is my plan.
Wake up 5:20 am Elliptical machine cardio 35 mins 5 days a week

meal 1 two eggs, tomato,onions 7:30am
meal 2 roast beef rolled up with swiss cheese in middle 10:00am
meal 3 a hamburger beef patty 12:00 noon
meal 4 tuna in lemon juice 1 can 2:30pm
meal 5 some all natural peanut butter with celery 4:30pm
meal 6 chicken breast 7:00pm

and repeat for 6 days

I dont understand the carb-up day can someone explain this to me. Thanks

CKD involves intense weight lifting on at least two days of the cycle (preferably following the refeed).

The diet you list is too high in protein and too low in fat (just by an offhand glance). You need to be extremely strict with the ratios - anything less than 65% fat and you'll find it hard to stay in ketosis.

The carb-up day comes at the end of the week following a depletion workout - the point is to reduce muscle glycogen as much as possible. You then flood your body with carbs while keep protein moderate and fat extremely low. The idea is to supercompensate the lost glycogen - which will power you through the following week's activities.
