K KWKSLVR New member Jan 14, 2004 #2 ROFL, it isn't THAT bad in it's full form (last stage). Hell, its a better way to maintain than what most people eat. Its basically 40/30/30 Fat/Protein/Carb. I don't think the ratio is that bad.
