A starving feeling, IMO, is not good ... I really thinks it's stressful as hell to the body ...
I might have to try upping the calories! I usually use fish oil, flax meal, almonds or provolone cheese as my fat source...so fairly clean fats!! Maybe just that little increase in fat will make all the difference in the world!! Thanks MM
