Input on Creatine serums

6' 3" and 164lbs? Jesus Christ boy....how you're managing 13% bf out of that is amazing....

Anyway, your main source of growth with be your diet. Creatine will help you I think, but remember, it's a supplement, not a steroid so don't expect miracles. And again, stick with the regular powder. It's cheaper and works as well or better than other more fluffed up creatine products.

I hate to agree with my muscularly challenged friend twice in one week, but he's right. Buy the powder, the liquid is useless. No one has ever been able to stabilize creatine in a liquid state for an indefinite amount of time. Its actually a very short time that it will break down, similar to glutamine, but not as fast.

In my opinion your calories are too low bro. I would actually spend the creatine money on food, and enjoy the natural newbie growth until you really need creatine.

I dont think its right, but its what my scales say. When I got my gym membership it measured 9 there. I sure as hell dont look like 13, that is for sure. It comes from about 5 years of plain laziness.

I think I will just stick to food for now. I would like to get up to 200#.

BTW,

I weighed almost 190 last summer. I went thru some extreme marital problems and lost close to 40 lbs. I didnt eat hardly anything for about 2 months. When I started gaining weight back, I wasnt working out, so it went to fat.

Im really new to this game, just getting started.

When/if you decide to buy some creatine, the cheapest I have found is from Kilosports.com. You can buy 2 kilos of it for under $50. That includes shipping.
