Increased My Calorie Intake And Look What Happen Apart From The Weight Gain

I INCREASED MY CAL. INTAKE FROM 3000 TO AN UNKOWN OR CLOSE TO 5000 OR MORE CAL PER DAY ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF AGO AND I HAVE GAIN ABOUT 20 POUNDS BF FROM 10% TO 15%. THE INTERESTING FACT IS THAT I FEEL AN AMAZING PUMP THIS LAST FEW DAYS . THE WEIRD THING IS THAT MY RIGHT NIPPLE HAS A SMALL LUMP; ONLY TO THE TUCH, AND I HAVE NOT DONE ANY JUICE IN OVER A YEAR. MY STRENGHT OBIUSLY IS TO THE ROOF AND I HAVED BEEN WORKING OUT ONLY ABOUT 3 TIMES PER WEEK,FROM BEFORE OF 6 TIMES PER WEEK. AND NO CARDIO. COULD IT BE POSSIBLE THAT MY HORMONE LEVELS WERE ELEVATED SO MUCH JUST FROM THE EXTRA CALORIES TAKEN.

ALSO TOMORROW I START TO PAY ATT TO MY NUTRTION AGAIN,LOOKING TO DROP ABOUT 25 LBS IN 90 DAYS.:rolly:

dude, bulking like that sux, at least for me. if it works for you go for it but, it sux that you gained 20 pounds, more than 10 of it is water and fat. now when you try to cut you will lose a decent ammount of that muscle. so after a month and a half of bulking and a month and a half of cutting, you should be at your original bodyfat, and probably up 3 pounds of muscle. In those 3 months you could have kept a clean diet with a small surplus, and gained 3 pounds without having to kill yourself by getting fat and looking like shit, and then going through the tourture of diet and cardio. But to each his own.

YOU ARE RIGHT,THE WHOLE PLAN WAS TO INCREASED MY CAL. INTAKE BY 500 TO 700 CALORIES,BUT I JUST KIND OF TOOK A BREAK FROM WATCHING WHAT I ATE DURING THE HOLIDAYS. THE GOOD THING IS THAT I HAVE A NEW GOAL NOW TO MOTIVATE ME.
 
I did that these last 2 months, and now i am totally regreting it. once i get cut i am going to workout to gain as much muscle as possible without adding an ounce of fat. the muscle gain will be minimal, but i wont loook like a fatass for half of the year.
