Hey I'm a 15 y/o weight roughly 145-150. I bench at roughly 150lbs one rep max. I squat at 250. Power clean 120 and dead lift about 195. Im wondering what I can do to increase all these maxes. I only have a bench(incline, flat) leg extension thing, curling bar, straight bar and 1 pair of dumbbells. I mainly am focusing on my arms right now then I will go to lower body. And I also want to increase my bicep tricep size and forearms as well. And tips would ve greatly appreciated. Also I am taking body fortress nos blast about 45 min be4 I work out. And I don't always work out maybe 2-3 times a week because I work. So any help is appreciated. Thanx in advance
