Important ...........

I went through my first clen cycle about 10 weeks ago. I changed my diet around was doing well with it. The flax, low carb, 200 g of protein a day, cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. Well, about 2 or 3 weeks ago, I started having chest pains. I finally went to the doctor yesterday and he said my heart was only beating 40 times a minute. I can feel every beat. The best possible scenario is not good, and that is being diagnosed with hypothyroid. I've never had any problems like this. I don't need this shit. So, Just letting you all know my situation and the behaviors of mine that had to cause this. Any other armchair diagnoses would not be bad to hear, the results will be back tomorrow anyway. Suggestions?........

The reason I asked is that some guys, who eventually go to the doctor, do not give the complete facts and yet they expect a complete diagnosis of their condition. It is very important to inform your physician of anything and everything, even if it is something which you are uncomfortable discussing. The tests he/she will perform may tell you what is wrong with you but they may not be able to determine how your condition came about or the best way to treat it.

The only symptoms you have listed here are that you were having chest pains and that your heartrate was 40 BPM. Chest pains can be the result of so many things that it would not be of any benefit to you to discuss them here. A reduced heartrate or decrease in blood pressure can be linked to hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) but it is not an exclusive symptom to that condition. In most cases a simple blood test will tell you if it is infact an underactive thyroid. IF it is, then it is not the end of the world. You will likely be treated with thyroxine in very small doses at first and then gradually increased dosages. The dosage is very important as too much at the beginning of your treatment can lead to angina or heart failure but your thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels will be monitored throughout your treatment to avoid any side effects.
