Child support isn't government money. Its money one parent pays to another parent to take care of the children. And if she did get it, dhs could keep track of what it gets spent on.

depending on the state you are in, infieldity doesn't factor into child support/alimony.
my BFF wife was in court with a baby bump from some other dbag, and bro still got hosed on every aspect of the settlement
