Jolly,

Not this is related to your squat workout, but you should eat this type of food for breakfast:

4 boiled eggs
2 cups of oatmeal
2 cups of skim milk
2 cups of orange juice
1 banana
1 multimineral vitamin

This is what I put down each morning. . . .stay away from the dry cereal.

Hot cereals are the way to go.

Never rob yourself of nutrition. . . . bad/lack of eating will result in poor gains.

Eat frequently throughout the day

Add some chicken and potatoes. . . pastas, fish, and lean ground beef.

OK I guess... I will try to stuff myself in the morning, it’s going to be hard though, and my appetite sucks in the mourning.

I usually have a shake with whey isolate in the morning, and I add that to a wight gainer with about 32 oz of skim milk....i don't eat much first thing but after I train I can't stop eating

That's pretty much what I eat in the morning, except without the eggs. Time is always the limiting factor :(. Is there anything quick and easy I can replace the eggs with?

Also, on my workout days I like to drink a MRP (high on protein) with milk right after my workout. Then I shower, eat breakfast, and go to work. However, I'm kind of full after the MRP so I can't eat much breakfast. Suggestions? Or does everyone else here workout at night?
