can anyone tell me how many iu's of igf 100mcg vial to do daily? saw something bout 100mcgs daily recommended thats whole vial that cant be right? i was thinking 30 a day?

100 mcg of igf ed is overkill IMO. Any ifg that isn't utilized by ur muscles is likely to stimulate receptors in the gut and cause permanent gut growth. 40-50 mcg ed or eod is a good dose to get the benefits without overdoing it.
