Happy with these and coach is happy condition is coming and seeing the grainy look start to come, especially from the front !! The back will come
It’s always a little slow

Plan this week is move up steps to 12k training days 1x extra 25min cardio which takes to 4x per week and 30grams carb less training days.
Upto 60mcg Clen everyday too, still holding off on tren and Stan as the look is there and not really any need for it atm which I’m happy with as more is not always better imo.

6.4kg to go to make weight cap and in a good spot.

Super supps:

• 250T sust
• 300npp
• 600 primo
• 6iu GH
• 5iu nova rapid (pre workout training days)
• 60mcg clen everyday

Also using 600mg liquid glutathione from driven nutrition across the week too

• coq10 200mg
• niacin 500mg
• krill oil 1-3g

Also added to supps this week is 5htp I love this for sleep and stress management and keeping the anxiety at bay while Clen is in
