Plan this week is move up steps to 12k training days 1x extra 25min cardio which takes to 4x per week and 30grams carb less training days.
Upto 60mcg Clen everyday too, still holding off on tren and Stan as the look is there and not really any need for it atm which I’m happy with as more is not always better imo.
