Great push session yesterday.
Felt in the groove and pushed hard, day consisted of pretty much first day off for the week so that’s always nice steps coffee push training and posing later on.
Shots post workout from a few rounds and followed up at home with 20mins hard rounds as trying to build some conditioning into posing !!!
Today is rest day so we chill pose and get steps and day off from work today too.
