I think I capped at about 950 carb and a bit more fats than this.
But start of prep from memory was 280p 750c and 75f so haven’t lost a lot on training days so far and the body fat is falling off so we’re in a great fkn spot imo

Nah simple and effective always, the only diferance is I add chili and more veggies cos I’m hungry as fuck all the time 😂

My man that’s so good your rate of loss and those numbers - I always say it but bro I’m so excited to see all your hard work pay off come show day!

102.4kg not the lowest I’ve seen as yesterday we hit 101.7 but still new low on last weeks checkin

Coach is happy.
Plans this week moving forward are drop cals though carbs on training day and addition of Clen to everyday at 20mcg
Can’t complain with the look and we’re holding off on the swap out of boo to tren as it doesn’t seem the body needs it atm and if we can stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible the body will respond better imo too. Haven’t flattened off too much just yet either as carbs on training have still been super high.

Super supps:

• 250T sust
• 300npp
• 600 primo
• 6iu GH
• 5iu nova rapid (pre workout training days)
• 20mcg Clen everyday

Also using 600mg liquid glutathione from driven nutrition across the week too
