102.4kg not the lowest I’ve seen as yesterday we hit 101.7 but still new low on last weeks checkin
Coach is happy.
Plans this week moving forward are drop cals though carbs on training day and addition of Clen to everyday at 20mcg
Can’t complain with the look and we’re holding off on the swap out of boo to tren as it doesn’t seem the body needs it atm and if we can stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible the body will respond better imo too. Haven’t flattened off too much just yet either as carbs on training have still been super high.
