How would you change your beginning routines/excersises, etc? Would you focus more on strength? Form? If you were building a body builder from the ground up, how you start him off?
Most important thing would be to eat a lot. 20X bodyweight in calories, and at least 1g protein per lb of bodyweight.
Regarding training, something like DC would be good. I started off with MAX-OT from www.ast-ss.com and had some decent gains in a lot of the musclegroups.
Good thread topic. I just started a few months ago, but I always neglected shoulders because of weak RCs. And I wasn't eating anything at all...I know my errors though so that's a good thing. I also would have started younger. Anyway I'm doing something about each of those problems , not so hard to fix. But yeah I wish I hadn't neglected my body for all those years.
