I've seen a bunch of threads on this lately so I thought I'd say something on it. I think RickRock got me started on it 3 months ago. I eat just below maintenance calories, not always the cleanest, but still pretty darn good. And in those 3 months I have dropped 15 pounds and 4% bf.

now that might be slow to some but I hurt my back in November and could barely walk for a few months. Even still I can barely lift more then 60-70 pounds due to the pressure the weight puts on my core and the resulting pain in my back. Not so much while lifting, but my back swells over night and puts pressure on the nerves along my lower spine.

My first meal is at noon. I just make two servings of dinner. So it's usually a piece of chicken, a piece of fish and veggies. At 4 I have either 4 eggs, a chefs salad sans dressing or a protein shake with Greek yogurt and berries. Not often tho on the shake cuz of sugar. Go to gym at 6. Dinner at 8 which is again chicken, fish, veggies. Once a week I have steak. Plus vit c and d, a multi, krill oil and cayenne pills, plus chillis and cayenne on everything.

Gym wise I do some light biking and jogging plus my weight routine at about 25-40% capacity minus lower back and core stuff. Easy on compounds too. Pullups feel good tho, cuz the stretch I guess idk?

Work wise I am a supervisor for maintenance division for an oil company. Which is a very large hectic job. I feel great mentally, always alert. I am more in the field scoping jobs and qa/qc'ing when I'm at full health. But now mostly just office for the time being. I used to love breakfast but my body adapted quickly, and with water and bcaa's I'm fine without eating till noon. I wake up at 4:30 am and work from 6-6.

The other good thing about a diet is no one owns it or makes money off of it so bs ppl aren't pushing it on u as the end of fat, like burners and suppressants.

IF is working great for me, I get to sleep an extra hour not worrying about eating breaky, I don't have to waste time thinking about lil snacks and eating every couple hours and carrying all this healthy shit around. It works and if it can fit ur lifestyle I recommend it.

I am quite the skinny sedientary little punk.

Excellent work so far man. IF can be adapted to your goals and specific needs, and you are doing well with it for fat loss. Thanks for sharing your experience so far, and if there is any questions you have, feel free to ask!

Looking like its going great for you. If your trying to burn more fat, I'd suggest adding albuterol(6mgx3) ED and ketotifen fumerate every 2 weeks.

Good luck

I'm starting to get it dialed in. I appreciate the help with getting me started and hopefully as my back gets better ill have some muscle to replace that fat. I was almost 197 at one point down to 183 and from 18to 14 % bf while doing office work 12 hours a day and barely breaking a sweat in the gym

Also I know I'm small to most but I am not a body builder or power lifter. I am an athlete and a very shallow person. My ideal goals are only about 185-195 at 8-10% bf.

I prefer clen tbh but I was gonna get clen/t3/keto a bit later on. I prefer keto to Benadryl as well. I've read some good studies on keto. Ive only been on weights a month so my back is getting better quickly. I just picked up a cycle do if the back heals as fast as doc says I want to cycle in jan-feb and finish with the clen. Or maybe once before and after. With keto tho I'll run clen for 6 weeks and my receptors are good

Clen just made me feel horrible. I like albut because its short half life, no sides. Couple nights of not sleeping while taking Clen wasn't worth it.

Yeah I know a lot of ppl don't like clen. A little jitters otherwise I'm fine. Keto before bed ko's me. I don't suffer much from sides on anything. But Ive only run pretty basic cycles. No tren ever tho.

I've been on IF for about 2 weeks now and i am getting results already
But in the morning before my first meal I'm really dragging ass.
What do you guys do to combat fatigue?
