ok...so I posted in someone elses thread which probably wasn't cool...so Im making my own thread
I started IF like 4 days ago
for last three weeks Ive been folowwing a keto diet
my bf is high, my lbm is decent (considering my gender)
I was diagnosed as insulin resistant two months ago and initially just cleaned up refined carbs which did...pretty much nothing for my blood work or my weight
Im also hypothyroid but well treated...and have more than enuff thyroid meds and knowledge about it to tweak my dose to feel good and have good numbers for labs..I've never lost muscle doing this
with keto I dropped 6 lbs at once then stayed there....with IF Ive lost another three lbs...calipers testing (its all Ive got) says I've lost fat not just water
I havent had problems with anything with lifting or bikram
but I just started a fitday log and I have only come in right around 1000 calories the last two days
does anyone else have a problem getting enough calories in doing this? I seriously cant even look at food right now....the last couple hundred calories I got for the day was in the form of whey and almond milk...and I had to choke it down
this can't last right? whats the cure?
