if you would rather just eat 70carbs a day then live on tuna,chicken,lean steak,and time your carbs to a hour or so before workout and a small amount right after your workout and keep fat to a minimum aswell. Im losing crazy weight by reducing carbs after 6 and cutting them out by 7-730. but I do agree with BBF ckd is most effective if you can handle it, I cant but thats because I hate having shitty workouts and low carbs make me ill
