I read alot that at least the oral form of yohimbine should not be taken when carbs are present as it may diminish yohimbines "fat burning" effects. Does this go for the injectable type as well? I have icyplex and am trying to reduce some belly fat and love handles im not excessively overweight. I workout 5 days a week and eat a clean diet high protein moderaste carbs and low/moderate fat. I eat most of my carbs in the am. and was also injecting up to 2ml right after breakfast only been on for 10 days but not sure if i should change something or my routine for better results. So does carbs effect injectable yohimbine negatively? Thanks!
I would like to add that most carbs I eat in the am are low glycemic which theoretically shouldnt cause an insulin spike. I may be wrong but I usually eat the Kashi go lean only 6 grams of sugar 30 carbs, 10 grams of dietary fiber. they make a bunch with more sugar and berriies and honey but i eat the plainest one they make . with low sugar milk beverage.
