Ok - today has been a LONG day for me. I am so thankful that it is ALMOST over. I think that all the traveling and different time zones caught up with me today. Nelms and I were going to go play around in the gym today, but decided that we both really needed the day off. We plan on going tomorrow to do some abs and such and then we start back hardcore on the 5x5 on Monday along with three days of cardio in-between lifting days!

½ cup pinto beans

Total Calories = 1393
Protein 147g (43%)
Carbs 84g (23%)
Fat 53g (34%)
Fiber 19g


Thanks SG and CK2006 - I will definitely enjoy my time back in the gym! The 2.25 mile that I did the other day was a WONDERFUL start though - very refreshing!! ;)

RT - you have a great point, that could be what happened. ;) heehee

....I've finally found my full happiness after I started logging on EF...what I mean is that I have ALWAYS had problems with self esteem and the way I feel about my body, and now I'm starting to like that part of my self too. Thanks for all your help and support ALL THE GREAT LADEIES of EF.

Awww - thanks so much for sharing that Aries! You are a VERY special woman and an inspiration to many woman on here. EF has definitely helped me as well. It has helped me take my fitness and nutrition to the next level! :heart:
