Thanks RT - I am trying to keep them around 1400-1500 to start out with and then adjust from there. Let me tell you how WONDERFUL it is to be cutting - I LOVE IT!! Plus, they now have a "healthy" section at our cafeteria, cant' say it is perfect, but it is a TON better then what our options were before!! WHOOOAA They couldn't have planned it better, just in time for Nelmsjer and IP to cut!!

Did some cardio today, man did I miss it - lungs were burning and everything!!
- 4x10 Needsize abs with an emphasized posterior tilt
- Warmup = easy jog 3x up and down the 2 basket ball courts we run on
- 10, 20-second "sprints", each followed by 40 seconds of rest
- Cooldown = 5 minutes of jogging.
