Weight: 124.2 lbs (I see DEFINITE CHANGES, but weight hasn’t changed too much – I am guessing that I am still gaining muscle and losing fat!! Whooaaa)
First 2 sets were done for 12 reps and the last set was done for 9 reps:
Squat: 65/85/125
Bench: 50/55/80/75(10)
Bent Rows: 50/60/80
20 min incline walking/sprinting

PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with Gatorade

2 cups of tortilla chips
¼ cup salsa
2 white chocolate, macadamia nut cookies - 2 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm
*4 liters of water
*1 liter of Green Tea
Total Calories = 1507
Protein 141g (49%)
Carbs 134g (28%)
Fat 46g (23%)
Fiber 24g
