Possible, but probably not.

It is possible that my dancing SCARED them away, however... hmmmm....
 
WOW - there has been a TON of action in my journal and I haven't even had time to enjoy it!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR :worried:

8:00 AM
9 egg whites
¼ cup grapes
¼ cup honeydew
¼ cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 2 fat burners (7:00 AM)


10:45 AM
2 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 sm granny smith apple
- 2 fat burner (1:00 PM)

1:30 PM – GYM
Weight: 124.2 lbs (I see DEFINITE CHANGES, but weight hasn’t changed too much – I am guessing that I am still gaining muscle and losing fat!! Whooaaa)
First 2 sets were done for 12 reps and the last set was done for 9 reps:
Squat: 65/85/125
Bench: 50/55/80/75(10)
Bent Rows: 50/60/80
20 min incline walking/sprinting


2:45 PM
PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with Gatorade

3:30 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
¾ cup broccoli
¼ cup onion
1/3 cup noodles
- 1 sesapure

8:30 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
1 slice of bread
2 cups of tortilla chips
¼ cup salsa
2 white chocolate, macadamia nut cookies
- 2 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm


*4 liters of water
*1 liter of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1507
Protein 141g (49%)
Carbs 134g (28%)
Fat 46g (23%)
Fiber 24g

Thanks stick - it is so great to BE BACK!! You are very right he is absolutely wonderful. Not a day goes by that I am not just so thankful and feel absolutely blessed that I have him by my side!! :heart:
