Well I never bothered with the formality of going to an actual "medical school" but I took the MCAT test and did well enough to get accepted. Would you feel better about my credentials if I spent three years in some rinky dink offshore med school in Guam? I didnt think so and neither do my patients.

I would guess that deep down you know it's not right, the fact that you brought up dirtbag in conjunction with the topic tells me that at the least you expect people to feel this way about your actions in this situation. Which maybe is a reflection of how you'd feel about somebody else doing the same thing?

My opinion: not worth it. She's not that great (in your words), she's (ostensibly) attached to a relationship and, right and wrong aside, you never know how this stuff will turn out. Maybe she'll start feeling guilty and tell the guy you forced her into it, etc., etc. Plus, it doesn't lead anywhere but a moment of gratification followed by having to deal with (at least) her afterwards.

Find somebody cuter and single. And then have breast sex. Again and again.

Doing the right thing is sometimes the hardest choice. But if you listen to that little voice inside you -- your gut instinct (not your head, heart or hard-on), you will never fail yourself -- even if things become difficult.
