It sucks, but right from the get go, it feels like I know I can't budge the bar... I take a step back... and try again... convinced I can move it... again, it usually doesn't budge... then... I try a third time... I usually end up pulling my back or getting a stinger in my neck...
I learned to stop after try number 2 LOL

Not much... only trying to push it up 10 lbs. I never go up more than 5-10lbs jumps.
