I am 31, 5'9" currently 190lbs want to get to 160. My weight from 24-29 was 160 and worked out 4x/week and was doing BJJ and Muay Thai 3x/week as well then had pretty nasty knee injuries and surgery on both. From 29-31 haven't done shit. Here is where I need suggestions, will my plan still work for me or does that 30 year mark change how I eat?
5am: Gym 4x/week
Post 6:30am: Isolate Shake
Breakfast 7:30ish: 6 egg whites, 1/2c Brown RIce, 1/2 salsa little tabasco.
Snack 10/11am: 1c fruit and 1c cottage cheese.
Lunch 12ish: Large chicken breast lots of veges and either sweet potato or brown rice
Snack 2-3pm: Can of tuna maybe a sandwich depends if I want carbs.
Dinner 6pm: Same as lunch but without carbs
Before Bed 8pm: Isolate shake with PB.
Bed by 9pm.
I drink about a gallon of water a day and 1 cup of coffee after breakfast.
