After a work out I had just a meal instead of a shake. Then when it came to just before bedtime I consumed 45g whey shake with 500ml of milk and a banana. I felt terrible later on. Can anybody explain this?
I have 60g post workout with 50g dextrose, and 30g whey with 30g cassein before bed without a problem. You may be different, but I don't think that the protein was the cause of it.
