i think i have a problem with my energy levels. i work full time at a job that requires alot of energy. keeping my job depends on my production. i know i get enough sleep b/c i work at night and then i sleep anywhere from 9-12 hrs during the day. but when i'm at work i just feel shit...i hardly ever feel energetic. on top of that school started today...so that'll probably make it worse. i'll be working 5 nights a week and going to school 3 days a week. what can i do to raise my energy level for work???

Ever consider an e/c/a stack?
I take that first thing in the morning before work, keeps me goin for the rest of the day.

yeah, last week i found an old bottle of xenadrine that i thought was empty but it had a few in it. i popped 2 before work and up until lunch i was running around like a maniac (which is what i want). but, when lunchtime came i guess they wore off b/c i couldn't do anything else. i went from feeling great to feeling like complete shit. i thought about taking 2 more at lunch but i need to be able to go to sleep right after work b/c i have school in the morning so i wasn't sure it that would be a good idea.

there are so many things that could be wrong. Dairy products make me sleepy. No milk or milk chocolate for me. It took me years to find out. It's not lactose intolerance but kind of an allergic reaction. Of course, caffeine or ephedrine would help, but it doesn't cure the cause.
Cycle your diet - omit certain kinds of food for a couple of days and check if something changes.
