okay, I did a wicked workout today, I totally anihilated mah chest and tris, I actually did weighted dips for the first time.
So anyway, i was thinking of what to do for mah last exercize, and I was debating between close grip Bench and donkey kickbacks, well I chose close grip bench.
So anyway I did the bar for 10 reps for a warmup(your are gellous, I know this), then I prceeded to put 45's on each side, I usually do around 185, but that is usually mah first tri exercize, but this time it was mah last.
I put it up, and when I got the bar close to mah chest I tried to push it back up, well it went half way, then it came back down. FUCK, I thought, then I tried to jm press it up, nope, this didnt work either, so I rested it on mah chest, and re-adjusted mah hands so I could just bench press it up, I thought I would get it up easy, kina like Darktooth at a playground, but my muscles didnt have anything left, and I had to face it, I WAS PWNED, for the first time in mah life, I was PWNED, so I rested the bar back on mah chest, looked around and someone finally spotted me after aboot a minute and a half, I wasnt saying anything, I was just getting pwned, I dont know why i didnt yell, or say anything to anyone, I thought maybe if I rested I could get it up or something, I just nodded, he came over and took the weight off me, I just looked at him shrugged, laughed and thanked him for saving mah life
I then finished off mah workout with tri rope push downs and left.
