I just learned last year how to workout for my lagging pecs, I thought it was genetic. I've seen pre-workout pics of pro bodybuilders that look like they couldn't develop a hard on if they tried. I started getting back thickness after I started powerlifting. I got a lat spread after i saw my arms as hooks and initiated the movement with my back. My gut instinct tells me you still pull with your arms and not your back.

I used to be young, good looking and eligible....lol. I know the game....

I had the prob w/ my chest years ago when I started lifting but my back is pumping so hard when I leave the gym I definately get the work out.

Wide grip benches to the clavicle works wonders, within a month people were commenting on the chest size increase. I've been in the game for about 14 years and I still learn.

I know man, I do hit the bi's, tri's and chest harder than anyting else but it's mostly genetics. my back and traps just don't grow w/ or w/o the juice.. I can still pull some decent weight with the back but the shit hardly grows.. my bi's blow up on the juice but that's about it :rolleyes:

who cares?? t-shirt muscles got me waaaaaayyy more pussy than being able to squat 500 lbs ever did.
