Expired stuff protien stuff is generally ok to eat up to 6 months after. Good deal massive.

What about the gensoy chips? It says best used by april of 2005? (worried look smiley) That's a lot of bags of chips I have to eat. 6 grams of fat and 21 grams of protein per bag.

Yea I bought some Ready to expire cases of Myoplex RTd shakes off of ebay 2 years back. Consistently baught them for a few mths from some guy who had an ebay store and sold exclusively sport supplements.

Long story short, my stomach got really really fucked up, and I had to see an endocronologist, take nexium, and get a tube shoved down my throat to see what the hell was going on.

Finally put 2 and 2 together, and once I stopped drinking the RTD's my stomach problems cleared up.

........... NO more expired supplements for me
