I gave in --- Helladrol Cycle Log

Day 8: Chest

Bench: 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 285x5, 225x13
DB Incline: 65x6, 80x6, 95x6, 115x4
Dips: 0x6, 45x6, 90x6, 135x2

Called it a day. Bench went up 10lbs AND 1 rep from friday, lmao. I think muscle memory can contribute to that :D

****Looked at the max rep chart, and 275x4 from last week = 307, 285x5 = 328. 21 lb increase in 4 days!!!

I wouldnt post diet. For one, its depressing to see what he can eat and still look ripped. LMAO

FKR

we all ate whatever we wanted at that age and still had 8 packs.

actually when i was on the weightlifting team in high school i ate somewhat decent (like 1 or 2 eggs for breakfast or cereal and fast food for lunch and whatever mommy cooked for dinner) but the key was our coach would make us run for 35 minutes everyday in 95 degree heat. that really kept me trimmed up... i would say looking back i was malnourished if anything

yea I would say I'm malnourished as well, don't eat enough as I should. I eat enough to grow tho, Ive been 210 before.

i dont eat that bad either, ww bagels, lots of meat and milk, almonds, peanut butter, whey shakes, but then I also eat a shit ton of fast food, candy bars, candy, and more and more soda lately.

Which brings up a good question - If I had to eat in a hurry and my only options were a vending machine, would it really matter if I got candy, bag of potato chips, or some poptarts? I always like to get whatever has the most calories. Speaking from a calorie deficit point of view, as long as you have calories you wont burn muscle right? Or will a bag of cheezits help build more muscle than a bag of poptarts?

^^^^ well when you are taking something like helladrol or any AAS that creates an anabolic and androgenic environment in the body you can get away with eating slop and still manage to gain muscle as long as you work out. however you wouldn't be maximizing the cycle's potential.

as for your question on vending machine, I suppose I would pick whatever had the least amount of bad fat, salt and sugar. potato chips have tons of oil/salt, and pop tarts have tons of sugar and i'm sure salt. I would encourage you to take one of those small coolers and take some fruit with you, carrots/celery.. a sandwich, even a hardboiled egg. living in cali i'm sure you have farmers markets everywhere with fresh in season produce, take advantage.

here is an ingredient list for pop tarts i found online.. this is indicative of anything you get out of a vending machine. it is can sit in a vending machine for months and still be okay to eat you know it can't be good. i highlighted the things that are responsible for why we have diabetes and obesity epidemic in the country

ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACINAMIDE, REDUCED IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE [VITAMIN B1], RIBOFLAVIN [VITAMIN B2], FOLIC ACID), SUGAR, DEXTROSE, VEGETABLE OIL (SOYBEAN, PALM, COTTONSEED AND/OR HYDROGENATED COTTONSEED OIL† WITH TBHQ AND CITRIC ACID FOR FRESHNESS), CORN SYRUP, WHEY, CRACKER MEAL, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, COCOA, CONTAINS TWO PERCENT OR LESS OF CORNSTARCH, COCOA PROCESSED WITH ALKALI, SALT, LEAVENING (BAKING SODA, SODIUM ACID PYROPHOSPHATE, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), MODIFIED CORN STARCH, MONO- AND DIGLYCERIDES, SODIUM STEAROYL LACTYLATE, GELATIN, DRIED EGG WHITES, DATEM, PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED SOYBEAN OIL†, MODIFIED WHEAT STARCH, XANTHAN GUM, NATURAL VANILLA FLAVOR, CARAMEL COLOR, SOY LECITHIN, CALCIUM PHOSPHATE, COLOR ADDED, NIACINAMIDE, REDUCED IRON, VITAMIN A PALMITATE, PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE (VITAMIN B6), RIBOFLAVIN (VITAMIN B2), THIAMIN HYDROCHLORIDE (VITAMIN B1), FOLIC ACID

See bro I dont even care about salt/fat/sugars right now, Ive never had too. but I go through phases. Now that Im a father its extra hard to try and eat healthy every day. The problem is i dont know how to cook. maybe I should buy Needto's book on here? Anabolic Kitchen? The problem is I dont even know how to make simple shit like grill chicken, or fry bacon, wtf is wrong with me lolz

Anyway I havent posted in here for a while, but within the past couple days I did:

295x3 bench
455x2 deadlift

^^^ bro you lookin much better than your first pic. muscle memory is starting to kick back in.

now just keep it up and try not to stop for a while.

as for your food situation this is what you should do... grab a george foreman grilling machine, its easy to use.. just plug it in and cut up the chicken or meat your are using.. put in on there and cook it thoroughly. then grab some ezekial bread, tomato, lettuce.. and make yourself a sandwich.. wrap it up in saran wrap or sandwich wraps... take it with you to work or whatever. make like 5-6 sandwiches at a time... much better than eating vending machine food or fast food.
