the lateral raises and the wide grip ex bar curls are outstanding. the incline pin loaded chest press are also a good one. nice mix on the training. . @Poprox

You're doing some amazing iron training right here. I love how you start out with lateral raises.. @Poprox And I love how you finish out with dips. Those aren't easy.
