Deizel, congrats on your muscle gain!! Really that is what we are all stiving for anyway. You will lose the water and see some great gains soon enough. What was your workouts like when you were on? Keep it up and work out hard. Eat clean, clean, clean, drink lots of water and try to follow a cutting cycle of cardio and weights, low carb it, high protein and be very strict for a little while. You really will be happy with it!! Just learn and move on to the next phase. If you have to go shopping for some new clothes, GREAT!! We all love to shop. It will be okay, I promise. Like anything, give it time.
