I am Confused About the Strength Size Ratio in BB

Don't forget that people want to fuck with you just because you work out. You better be able to back the size up. Nothing more embarassing than getting a shit-kicking from some little worm.
 
Sometimes i do light weights hi reps for a few months and get a few stares from bigger guys in the gym like WTF kinda weight is he pushing...... Then when i start going heavy low reps, they pretty much STFU and stop staring.

For me, i rather look big than be stronger for my size/weight.....Still trying to dial that in to make it work cohesively.

This is what I pretty much do year around should I change that up and do lighter weight higher reps(18 to 20 reps)and lower reps and heavier weight(4 to 6 reps)


18-20 will help build endurance BUT I feel higher reps are very important to build the blood supply....try adding ONE set of each exercsie for higher reps at the end of each exercise

Well heck yea I'm married ain't I? I mean sometimes us dudes have to put our footdown even if it does cause us some lack of nooky for a couple of days.

I guess it depends on where the priorities lie.
