I would like your opinion on this priority workout program of mine, when on a low calorie intake.
The hole idéa is to gain Lean body mass even while you are cutting up. I've tried this program and think it rocks. The hole Idea is to be on a low calorie diet sunday to tuesday. Then on friday your bump your calorieintake with +200 above your maintenance calorie intake. On saturday U bump calories to +2000 to +3000cals. Also U take your proteinintake and dubble it, so If you eat 1.5protein per lb sun-fridag, your should eat +3 on the saturday. Now to the training. If you would like to gain some extra mass on your arms, then do arms on friday and take saturday and sunday off. No cardio on saturday. Note: It's no meaning working out the hole body on friday because you are prioritating the hole body, if so, skip cutting and start bulk fro a couple of months
I tried this program for my arms for 4 weeks, and gained a total of 2cm while loosing a big amount of fat. For the moment my priorities are my back, so I work out my back on fridag and eat like crazy on saturdays.
