I did narrow grip bench presses the other day, and what do you know, I was pressing just about the same as I do on normal grip bench.
So, pointers for finding out where you need to strengthen up (and then you'll give ME some pointers, too )
If your narrow grip bench is just about the same as your normal grip, your PECS are the weak link (and/or you have nice strong tris)
If your incline bench is very close to your flat bench, again, pecs need work.
If your SLDL or RDL are pretty much the same as your DL, you need core work.
If your split squat is stronger than your front squat, you need core work.
Am I right? These are just my observations recently.
Oh, another thing - if you could do chins and dips last month but you can't this month, it's because you've put on weight, not got weaker
