How to eat 1900 cals p/d

Ok Im into my third week of PCT just now and everything is going well and I have a week to go. I would like to loose a bit of bodyfat. I have enough Clen for 2 weeks or just sligthly over. Im going to wait until 2 weeks after PCT is finnished before I start. I would like some help with my diet for this 2 weeks though. Ive only ever done bulkers and its a lot easier to eat 3300 cals a day over 6 meals than eat 6 meals totaling 1800 - 1900 cals per day. Basically Im looking for meal suggestions. I dont care if I eat the same thing 6 times a day for 14 days, Whatever its got to be done. Cheers
 
My normal diet is right around there.. You can use that if you'd like.. Basically it's the following

8:00AM
2 Scoop Protein
1 Egg Raw
1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal
2.5 tsp fish oil

10:00
1/2 cup Deans L/F Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp ANPB

3 oz deli sliced turkey
3 oz deli sliced chicken
1 apple

1 Scoop Whey protein
2 tbsp flax seed oil

If you cut out the apple and the baked potato, that'll save you about 230 calories, 55 carb and 3g protein.
