How often does your GF/Wife workout?

She came to the gym with me a couple of times. Hopped on the treadmill for 5 mins and then followed me around when I was training reading a Shape Magazine and whinning.

Never again.

Tell me about it. Once and only ONCE she came to the gym w/me cause she wanted to "learn how to lift", what a fuckin' mistake! Complain is not the word,---- this is too heavy, why do I have to do so many reps, how many more exercises do we have left, blah, blah, blah! Fuck, I was at the gym for 3 1/2 hours! I never asked again!

She's one of those girls w/the perfect body w/out ever touchin' a weight or doing any cardio, bitch! I think she came there just to bust my chops!

We work out the same days. (4 days a week.) She goes to the gym, I work out at home. We decided it would be better NOT to try and work out together. Makes for a happier household.
