How much pain can you take?

I'll tell you how much pain I can take. When I was thirteen years old(ninth grade) I was playing running back for my high school football team. I tore my ACL in the first quarter. My coaches made me walk off the field by myself and then they told me that there was nothing wrong with me. I had to continue to run the ball the entire game.....worst pain of my whole life. I think I can take some pain. Outs.

thats great inspiration... i just finished watching a world strongest woman contest and damn those girls are strong... The flyin fin(i think thats her nick name) heini kouniniemi or whatever really impressed me on it.. she was so litle but kept up with everyone.

I always get all pumped up when i see strongman stuff... or any lifting.. i just want to go pull a truck or something right now
 
Heini would surprise you how big she really is. They say 140lbs on tv...way off. They mis-quoted every single weight on tv from what I understand. Heini is super nice too.

I used to watch WSM and powerlifting tapes while at work...but I would get so nervous and tense while watching them...lol...my blood pressure and stress level would be through the room by the time I was ready to go home..lol. Not really...but you get my point.

And motivating / educational for bodybuilders too!

It shows that all those farmer walks and deadlifts really build thick traps and that we should take care not to wage war in the weekends too much :D
 
What a giant thick rope! It must take such a huge amount of grip strength. would not want to shake that fellows hand. (crack!)
 
It IS a lot of fun...pushing your body as hard as you can...and not just for a 1RM. Not just on a squat, deadlift, or bench press....and entire body lift. So much of this sport is about how much pain you can take...and can you take more than the next person.
