Wouldnt *13 and !4 work as well? sure it would; weight x 50 would work too if you do enough cardio; in reality, I suggest sticking to what works
I though you only had to create a 500 cal deficit. actually 500 might be too much for some and too little for others, so throwing a # out there is hard Or is *12 to loose 2 lbs a week? 2lbs a week, it's hard to lose that even when in Ketosis (fat that is)
