How long does it take for liquidex to take effect?

I have been taking .25 mg every day for the past three days. I don't really notice anything. I plan to run a cycle, but I wanted to make sure my AI was legit.. Is three days to early? I don't know if this is from liquidex, but at night, it is sort of hard to sleep, and I have a hard time breathing. I also heard liquidex is underdosed, maybe bump it up to .5mg?
