My cycle is as layed out:<br />

1-5 epi strong 30/30/45/45/45<br />
3-8 hcGenerate <br />
8-11 hcg 250iu week<br />
9-13 winny tabs 50mg day <br />
12-13 hcg 1000iu week <br />

1-5 n2guard <br />
9-14 n2guard <br />
9-13 forged joint repair <br />

Pct:<br />
14-18 post cycle /unleashed <br />
14-18 clomid 25mg Ed <br />
14-18 daa powder and pills<br />
14-18 Forma ( still unsure dose) <br />
Should I add anything to pct <br />

My goals are to not cut so to say but to get very lean wile still gaining muscle. I guess a recomp but I'm deff trying to gain muscle but also get ripped in the same process... <br />
I do cardio 3-5 x a week and if it's only 3 then I will usally walk for 2ins at 4.0 pace before I lift... If I have an off day I run , so I guess I don't have any off days <br />

Here's the diet ( well this is what I ate yesterday and so far today... <br />

Meal 1 <br />
8 egg whites tablespoon all natty penut butter and half a cartoon of stawberris <br />
<br />
Meal2 hour and half later<br />
Had a n2slin <br />
Followed by oatmeal(half packet )<br />
Slightly less then half pound of grilled chicken, and cup o broccoli and handful of unsalted penuts <br />
<br />
Meal 3 at lunch break from work went and got Spanish rotisserie half chicken with beans and white rice... I ate zero skin, all the beans without the soupish thing it came in and 4 bites of rice.. <br />
2 hours later hadtwo plain chobanis amd then hour after that threw back a pro shake with one scoop of snytha 6 an 2tblespoon flax oil<br />
( yesterday was off day from gym so I ran 40 mins after the shake) <br />
After the run <br />
Meal 4 1 n2slinI had one piece of home made chicken cutlet in olive oil and pan fried.. I had one thick peoce of it an avocado and cup or broccoli <br />

Meal 5 <br />
6eggwhites w/ tblespoon penut butter and 3tblespoos of non fat cottage cheese w/strawberries <br />
<br />
Meal 6 <br />
6 egg whites with half scoop of pro powder mixed in with tablespoon of flax and more strawberries <br />
<br />
<br />
Woke up today <br />
Virtually same two meals as my first two yesterday...<br />
Also I take 1 n2bun after my second meal is that good? And please critique this if you see places I can improve
