How does this cut diet look, thanks

6-3 265 pounds at 12% bf GOAL 260 pounds and 10% bf
starting week 5 of a 9 week cycle Sustanon and winny. I start winny today.


sitting at 12% bf and looking to get to 10% by the 8th of Jan (leaving for a month).

meal 1 30 gram whey protein w/ 10oz OJ

meal 2 egg whites and either steak or chx mixed in w/ 2 tbs of hot salsa and 1.5 cups rolled oats with tsp honey probably 60 grams protein

meal 3 2 scoops muscle milk 1 scoop whey 56 grams protein

GYM 50 min./CARDIO 15 min.

meal 4 50 grams whey protein and 2 powerbar gel packet 56 grams carbs

meal 5 sirloin steak and brocolli or chx stir fry or fajitas (no tortilla) 50 grams protein

meal 6 apples and 3 tbs ANPB 27 grams protein

meal 7 1 cup low fat cottage cheese 28 grams protein

1.5 gallons of water ed min.

alot of supps, vits and stims.

meal 2 egg whites and either steak or chx mixed in w/ 2 tbs of hot salsa and 1.5 cups rolled oats with tsp honey probably 60 grams protein - Brown rice, potatoes, whole wheat pasta, yams and some veggies would make this an awesome meal

meal 3 2 scoops muscle milk 1 scoop whey 56 grams protein - I would lower the protein a bit, maybe have a coffee pre-cardio, and add in a few carbs
GYM 50 min./CARDIO 15 min.

meal 4 50 grams whey protein and 2 powerbar gel packet 56 grams carbs

meal 5 sirloin steak and brocolli or chx stir fry or fajitas (no tortilla) 50 grams protein - Good meal, are they corn or whole wheat flour
fajitas?


meal 6 apples and 3 tbs ANPB 27 grams protein - interesting combo again, if it works for you, go for it, although I prefer fruit before training

meal 7 1 cup low fat cottage cheese 28 grams protein

1.5 gallons of water ed min.

alot of supps, vits and stims.


Do you know how many calories you are eating in the day, and the amount of carbs, protein and fat?

Not bad, go with it, see how you get on, if you are not noticing any difference or the fat loss stalls, then tweak things a bit.
