alright well i finally made two training rotations up but i dunno how well they'll work out, can u guys give me some tips??
Monday- Abs
Tuesday- Bi/Tri
Wednesday- legs:calf/thigh/hamstings
Thursday-Back
Friday- Shoulders/Chest
